Printing 3D

Discover the future of creation

Technology-oriented

Available technologies

We provide comprehensive 3D technology services: professional 3D design, high-precision 3D scanning of existing objects, and high-quality 3D printing in various materials. We handle single prototypes as well as short production runs, supporting companies, designers, and individual clients at every stage - from the initial idea to the finished product.

FDM

Layer‑by‑layer printing from thermoplastic filament on a heated bed. It’s a robust, cost‑effective technology ideal for quick prototypes, jigs, fixtures and functional plastic parts in materials like PLA, PET‑G, ABS or TPU. Great when you need durable components with short lead times.

DLP / mSLA

Resin 3D printing where each layer is cured at once with projected light from an LCD screen or projector. It offers very high resolution, sharp edges and smooth surfaces, making it perfect for miniatures, dental and jewelry models or any small, highly detailed parts. Chosen primarily when visual quality and precision are key.

SLS

Selective Laser Sintering fuses thin layers of nylon powder with a laser, using the surrounding powder as natural support. This enables complex, interlocking or hollow geometries without support structures. The resulting parts are strong and durable, ideal for functional prototypes and low‑volume production.

SLM

Selective Laser Melting fully melts metal powder with a powerful laser to create dense, high‑strength metal components. It allows lightweight structures, internal channels and very complex shapes that are difficult or impossible to machine. Used for demanding applications in industries such as aerospace, automotive and medical.

PolyJet

PolyJet jets microscopic droplets of liquid photopolymer and instantly cures them with UV light. It can combine several materials and colors in a single print, simulating rigid, flexible and transparent elements at once. This technology delivers very smooth surfaces and fine details, ideal for realistic presentation models and design prototypes.

FDM

The most accessible method, where a heated nozzle extrudes molten thermoplastic filament, depositing it layer by layer onto a platform. The process is relatively slow but produces cheap and durable functional parts, albeit with visible layer lines.

Zalety

  • Low printing cost
  • Fast functional prototyping
  • Wide filament selection

Wady

  • Visible layer lines
  • Lower dimensional accuracy
  • Supports and post‑processing required

DLP / mSLA

A resin-based technology where a digital projector (DMD array) flashes entire images of each layer, curing the liquid photopolymer (resin) simultaneously. It is very fast, offers high accuracy, and a smooth surface finish, ideal for fine details.

Zalety

  • Very high resolution
  • Smooth, aesthetic surfaces
  • Ideal for small details

Wady

  • Brittle, fragile prints
  • Time‑consuming post‑processing
  • Toxic and expensive resins

SLS

A process using a CO2 laser to sinter (fuse into a solid mass) fine polymer powder particles. Printing occurs without support structures (the part is encased and supported by the unsintered powder). It produces strong parts with uniform mechanical properties.

Zalety

  • No traditional supports
  • Durable nylon components
  • Very complex geometries possible

Wady

  • High equipment cost
  • Rough, porous surface
  • Messy powder removal

SLM

An advanced technique where a high-power laser fully melts metal powder (e.g., stainless steel, titanium) in a controlled inert gas environment. It enables the production of full-density metal parts with complex geometries, used in aerospace and medical industries.

Zalety

  • Fully metal components
  • Very high strength
  • Lightweight lattice structures

Wady

  • Very expensive machines
  • Heat treatment required
  • Strict safety requirements

PolyJet

This technology operates like an inkjet printer: printheads jet precise droplets of liquid photopolymer, which are immediately cured by UV lamps. A unique feature is the ability to mix materials, allowing for multi-color and multi-material printing.

Zalety

  • Very smooth surface
  • Multiple materials and colors
  • Great visual prototypes

Wady

  • High material cost
  • Moderate mechanical durability
  • Print cleaning required

What do we produce?

We provide comprehensive additive manufacturing services. This includes producing various models and 3D prints, ranging from functional prototypes and tooling to final end-use parts. Furthermore, we offer technical consulting to guide clients in selecting the optimal technology and materials for their needs. Our services are tailored to support key industries such as industrial manufacturing, general production, and the specialized dental sector (including medical devices and orthopedics).

Technical materials models

We print models using durable engineering‑grade plastics (including PA, PC, ABS, PET‑G) with excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance. Perfect for industrial applications, functional prototyping and end‑use parts.

Large-format models

We produce large‑format 3D prints with substantial dimensions, combining multiple 3D printing technologies and model segmentation. This is ideal for machine components, product prototypes, trade‑show displays and architectural models.

Series‑production models

We use 3D printing for short and medium production runs, delivering consistent quality and fast turnaround. It’s a cost‑effective alternative to injection molding for end‑use components, housings, fixtures and assembly jigs.

Complex‑geometry models

3D printing enables the production of parts with highly complex shapes, internal channels and lattice structures that are impossible to achieve with conventional methods. These solutions are ideal for industrial components, medical devices and advanced product design.

Biocompatible models

We produce prints using certified biocompatible materials suitable for medical, dental and prosthetic applications. The models can be used as final parts, intermediate molds or components intended for direct contact with tissue and skin.

Multicolour models

We offer multi‑colour and full‑colour 3D printing, enabling the creation of realistic display models, mock‑ups, educational parts and product prototypes with functional colour markings.
